Newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Pensacola's Warrington neighborhood, set up equally well for a family beach trip or a work stay near base.
Living. Vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, deep sectional seating, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The living room, dining, and kitchen share one open space, so the group stays together.
Kitchen. Stainless appliances, dishwasher, quartz island with seating for four, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and everything needed to cook real meals.
Workspace. A dedicated desk and chair off the kitchen with WiFi — built for TDY, training, and remote-work days.
Bedrooms (3 queen beds, sleeps 6). Primary with en suite bath and TV and its own door to the backyard; second and third bedroom with a queen bed and nightstands. Room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage throughout.
Bathrooms (2). One en suite, one off the hallway. Both stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.
Outdoors. Covered front porch, fully fenced backyard, fire pit with Adirondack seating, and beach gear (towels, umbrella, cooler, and chairs) to take to the Gulf.
Laundry. Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room, plus an iron and ironing board.
Parking. Covered carport and driveway — free, on site. Enough space to fit a boat.
Where you'll be
Warrington, Pensacola — boat ramps within 5 minutes, about 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola and downtown, 20–30 minutes to the Gulf beaches. The exact address is shared after booking.
House rules
- Maximum 6 guests.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No pets. Service animals are welcome.
- No shoes in the house — please remove shoes at the door.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and driveway. No cameras inside the home.
- Guest verification: for everyone's security, every direct booking includes a rental agreement signed at checkout — your personal door code is released once it's signed. No separate ID verification step.
Cancellation
Moderate policy: full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in.
